Do you offer individual services or in-person services?
Yes! We are currently accepting Medicare Part B for our mobile outpatient clients. Go to the contact us page for more details!
What can I expect from the group program?
Our current program is 5 weeks long with group and individual sessions. Education, goal setting, support, and connection with others are all crucial to helping clients adapt to their new normal and to make small changes to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing. This program is not prescriptive and client lead the way with self-analysis and goal setting with the guidance of an occupational therapist. We will have fun too!
